Our Annual Holiday Concert, Season of Light, returns on December 5th. This performance will feature newer arrangements of holiday favorites. WRC is excited to perform "Light Beyond Shadow" by Dan Forrest, a piece commissioned in honor of our Artistic Director David Gilson. Learn more about this upcoming performance here.
WRC's Spring concert, With Strings Attached, will take place on May 8, 2022. This program will consist of choral works composed specifically for chorus and string accompaniment and will feature a local string quartet.
More details coming soon.
The Western Reserve Chorale, based in Northeast Ohio, uses the power of a diverse range of choral music, often with orchestral accompaniment, to enrich the lives of its audience with free public performances. WRC also provides an engaging opportunity for members to experience the camaraderie and joy of high quality ensemble singing.
Due to COVID-19 our rehearsals and performances will be entirely online this season. The silver lining is that we can invite singers and audience to join us from anywhere in the world!
Rehearsals and social time will take place
using Zoom on Tuesday evenings.

The operation of the Chorale is overseen by the WRC Board, elected from the membership. Funding for the group comes from advertising, grants, donations, and member support. Annual member dues are set each year by the board, and are requested from each member at the beginning of the season. In the last few years we have obtained matching project grants from Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, the Ohio Arts Council, and foundations including the AHS Foundation.
Western Reserve Chorale is a designated 501(c)(3), non-profit organization.
