WESTERN RESERVE CHORALE COVID-19 GUIDELINES

With the desire to keep our singers and audience healthy, WRC is implementing the following practices for concert attendance.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Required

In order to enter the concert venue, patrons are required to show proof of *full vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization (WHO). Please present either a copy, which can be on paper or a scan of the card on your mobile phone. All WRC staff, musicians, and volunteers are also required to be vaccinated.

“Full” means that the course of vaccine (either one or two doses, depending on which vaccine) was administered at least two weeks prior to the concert.

Alternatively, proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of concert date, or antigen test within 6 hours of performance is acceptable.

Currently, children under 12 do not need to present proof of a negative test but are required to be masked.

Masks are required by all in all indoor spaces. The Chorale has been rehearsing and will perform wearing masks designed especially for singers.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available at all WRC concerts.

Entering the building: Audience members will enter through the entrance via the Thompson Lot entrance (near the Miramar driveway) next to the Church parking lot. Please put on your mask before entering the building. Upon entering you will first show your proof of vaccination (card, copy or image on your phone) or negative test. Then you may proceed to the sanctuary entrance where you will be given a printed program and allowed to select your own seating.

If you are not feeling well, please remain at home and enjoy our concert over livestream or later on our YouTube channel.
